    • A memory test apparatus for testing a high-performance memory having two or more memory functions, including a pattern generator for generating an algorithmic pattern to be inputted to a first memory block of a memory under test having at least two memory blocks, an auxiliary pattern generator for storing an output from the algorithmic pattern generator and for outputting an expected value to a second memory block of the memory under test at a preset timing based on the stored output, a comparator for comparing outputs from the first and second memory blocks with expected values for the memory blocks, and a memory for storing an output from the comparator. Since the algorithmic pattern generator and the auxiliary pattern generator are included, the test apparatus has such an affect that even if the first and second memory blocks of the memory under test operate asynchronously, the data transfer function therebetween and the performance related to the operation timing can be tested, thus providing a highly precise memory test apparatus.

    • A laser diode driver output stage for driving an associated laser diode device. In one aspect of the present invention, the laser diode driver output stage includes a driver circuit having at least one input node and an output node. The driver circuit is adapted to receive an input data signal at the at least one input node and provide an output signal at the output node in response to the data signal. The laser diode driver output stage further includes a transformer connected to the output node of the driver circuit. The transformer is adapted to receive the output signal at a first side and apply impedance compensation to the output signal to provide an output drive signal from a second side to drive the associated laser diode device.

    • The present invention has an object of realizing highly reliable search with high precision by obtaining a clear view image over a wide view. In particular, a reflection mirror is formed so as to correspond to an image pick-up element at a focus surface of a converging lens of an image pick-up camera and the image pick-up camera is arranged to be capable of freely performing scanning by a scanning mechanism portion. As a result, with the image pick-up camera kept performing linear scanning, the reflection mirror performs triangular scanning in a direction opposite to the scanning direction of the image pick-up camera for every frame cycle T and a light wave taken in by the converging lens is introduced to the image pick-up element for every one frame, thereby to obtain a static view image. The desired object is thus achieved.
