    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce icing onto blade parts without increasing costs, without requiring any special manufacturing process or maintenance work, and with a simple method.SOLUTION: A blade part 31 of a moving blade line includes a pressure surface 31a which positions a leading end LE at an upstream side of an annular channel 10 and positions a terminal end TE at a downstream side of the annular channel 10. The blade part 31 has such a relationship that a projection area of the pressure surface 31a by light projection in an inflow direction y1 of intake air into an opposed space (x) of the blade part 31 being adjacent in a circumferential direction of the annular channel 10 is settled within 20% in a cross-sectional area of the opposed space (x) in a direction (z) orthogonal to the inflow direction y1.
