摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a joining structure in which structural bodies such as segments or the like are easily and securely joined to each other for reducing the labor for the joining work. SOLUTION: Joining cylinders 12 are respectively provided to the joining end surfaces 13a of the segments 13 to be mutually joined. One end of a joining rod 11 in which a piece member 16 is engagedly fitted to the hole part 11a formed in both the end parts is inserted into the engaging hole 31 of the joining cylinder 12 of the segment 13 on one side, so that a fitting projection 21 to be fitted in the supporting hole 38 formed in the bottom part 37 of the engaging hole 31 of the joining cylinder 12 is formed in the piece member 16A. A holding surface 32 for bringing the joining rod 11 into line with the axis of the joining cylinder 12 for holding in the condition the fitting projection 21 of the piece member 16A is fitted in the supporting hole 38 and the joining rod 11 is held by joining cylinder 12 is formed in the engaging hole 31.

摘要： PURPOSE:To introduce a high prestress by a method wherein a compression force exerting member is arranged to the corner of a box segment, and by pressing the one side of the segment, an embedded PC steel material is fastened. CONSTITUTION:Sheath pipes 4 extending in the direction of a span are previously embedded in a long side 1a and a short side 1b of each corner plate part 1 in a state to be opened to a box cut part 3. A PC steel 5 is inserted in the sheath pipe 4, the one end is released in the box cut part 3, and the other end is fixed to an anchor plate 6. A compression force exerting member 8 is located in a position on the corner of a box segment 2 on the inner surface of a skin plate 9a. Through expansion of the compression force exerting member 8, a compression force is exerted on the box segment 2, and fastening of the PC steel 5 is reinforced. This method improves a resistance earth pressure.

The outer diameter of the bolt 49 is slightly smaller than the inner diameter of the engaging hole 31 of the connecting cylinder 12. A threaded part 51 capable of being engaged with a supporting hole 38 made of female threads formed at the bottom 37 of the hole 31 of the cylinder 12 is formed at the end of the bolt 49. The hole 31 of the cylinder 12 is engaged with the end side of the bolt 49, the part 51 of the bolt 49 is engaged with the hole 38, and hence the cylinder 12 is drawn up to the inner surface of the plate 43 and mounted in a contacted state.

Also, a PC steel material 7 is laid around the segment 6, and connected with a jointing tool 8 and temporarily tensioned, thereby jointing each segment 1 to 5. Thereafter, prestressing members 12 at both bottom corner slabs 5 are pushed externally, thereby tensioning the PC steel material 7. According to the aforesaid construction, a prestressing work can be simplified.

After the shield tunnels are constructed, the ground within a proper range is improved and water is sealed and the segments 1 of the opposing walls in a longer side direction are disassembled, wherein disassembling is performed by removing segment pieces 5 from within a frame 4 and the vertical load is born by column members 2 and beams 3. And sumultaneus with the disassembing of the segment 1, an earth retaining steel plate is provided between the shield tunnels to enable an open excavation of the ground.
