摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a base isolation system of low-costed structure capable of three-dimensionally isolating a base, preventing rocking, and maintaining three-dimensional base isolation and prevention of rocking even if one of a hydraulic system and a pneumatic system has a trouble. SOLUTION: Compound structures 39 respectively formed by piling a layered rubber 2 and a load support cylinder 3 are arranged along a lower part of the peripheral edge of a base-isolated structure 4, and cylinder connected structures 26 formed by straightly connecting pistons of a plurality of rocking restricting cylinders through connecting rods 17 are arranged along the peripheral edge of the base-isolated structure 4, and a cylinder pressurization chamber of the compound structure 39 is connected to one side liquid chamber of the rocking restricting cylinder through an operating fluid pipe, and an accumulator is connected to the other side liquid chamber of the rocking restricting cylinder, and a movement transmitting device 18 for connecting between ends of the cylinder connected structures 26 positioned in corner parts of the base-isolated structure 4 are provided so as to structure a rocking preventing device 41. 摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rocking preventing device of simple and low-costed structure facilitated in position adjustment of a plurality of rocking restricting cylinders, which are provided in a cylinder connected structure, and connecting rods and capable of preventing rocking by resisting a sudden movement of a load to the connecting rod. SOLUTION: This rocking preventing device 41 is provided for a base-isolation system structured of the rocking preventing device 41 having cylinder connected structures 26 formed by connecting pistons 16 of a plurality of rocking restricting cylinders 15, which are connected to a cylinder pressurization chamber of a compound body provided under a base-isolated structure and an accumulator, to each other through connecting rods 17 and arranged in the periphery of the base-isolated material and having a movement synchronizing device for connecting both ends of the cylinder connected structures to each other to transmit a moving load of one connecting rod to the other connecting rod, and a plurality of three-dimensional base-isolating devices arranged under the base-isolated structure. 摘要： PURPOSE:To improve the thrust measuring accuracy with a less friction resistance by floating the sliding part between a stationary frame and an oscillative frame by a fluid pressure such as air pressure. CONSTITUTION:After a jet engine 4 is mounted on an adaptor 3, compressed air is supplied into a disc-shaped groove provided on the bottom of four floating boxes 18, 22, 26 and 31 to float a oscillative frame 2. Under such a condition, when the jet engine 4 is started, a thrust is generated to the right and transmitted to measuring devices 12 and 28 through the oscillative frame 2 to measure the magnitude thereof. The oscillative frame 2 floats with floating boxes 18, 22, 26 and 31 mounted on the undersurface thereof. This keeps the weight of the oscillative frame 2 from application on a bearing 32 and a rail 33 thereby allowing the measurement of smallest thrust with the measuring devices 12 and 28. This can improve the thrust measuring accuracy.
