SOLUTION: Pipes 14 are fitted over the reinforcements 13 which protrude from the construction hole 10 toward its opening. After a screwing coupler 15 is threadedly engaged for locking each pipe 14, a base member 16 formed of H-steel, I-steel or the like is securely welded to each pipe 14 and the closing plate 11 is welded to the base member 16 to close the inner face of the construction hole 10.
