    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable simple replacement of a vibration preventor for heat exchanger tubes by arranging a link plate, an engaging groove, a protruded part to be engaged with the engaging groove and an upper connector metal and a lower connector metal for connecting one plate and the other plate. SOLUTION: In the removal of a vibration preventor damaged by burning, an upper connector metal 23 and a lower connector metal 24 are taken off and a protruded part 20 of the other plate 17 is removed from an engaging groove 19 of a link plate 18 of one plate 16. Hence, the plate 16 can be pulled out through an interval between heat exchanger tubes 6. In the assembling of a new vibration preventor, a new plate is inserted through an interval between the heat exchanger tubes 6 to engage the protruded part 20 of the other plate 17 with the engaging groove 19 of the link pate 18 of the one plate 16. Then, the upper connector metal 23 and the lower connector metal 24 are mounted. Thus, the vibration preventor for the heat exchanger tubes 6 can be simply replaced by separating or connecting the one plate 23 and the other plate 24.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable easy lowering of the temperature of superheater outlet steam by cooling to the demanded upper limit temperature of auxiliary steam by a simple construction. SOLUTION: This equipment is so constructed that superheater outlet steam 17 of a superheater 10 provided in a natural circulation boiler 1 is supplied as auxiliary steam 17a to a preheating device H of the natural circulation boiler 1 through a superheated auxiliary steam pipe 18 equipped with a pressure reducing orifice 19 (or a pressure reducing valve). A saturated steam mixing pipe 35 so designed as to take out saturated steam 3a of a drum 3 of the natural. circulation boiler 1 and to make it join the superheated auxiliary stem pipe 18 is provided and a temperature detector 36 is disposed on the downstream side of the pressure reducing orifice 19 in the superheated auxiliary steam pipe 18. Moreover, a flow control valve 37 provided for the saturated steam mixing pipe 35 regulates the flow rate of the saturated steam 3a on the basis of a detected temperature of the temperature detector 36.

    • PURPOSE:To provide a casing structure of furnace wall of a boiler wherein even if a boiler is started and stopped frequently, exhaust gas of high temperature does not directly contact a metal plate or an expansion plate so that the metal plate and expansion plate can be kept at a low temperature. CONSTITUTION:In a casing structure of furnace wall of a boiler, the end of a water-tube furnace wall 11 and the end of a steam-tube furnace wall 12 are positioned at right angles spaced apart a vertical gap (d) from each other and a L-shaped matal plate 13 having a plurality of horizontal gaps and an expansion plate of U-shape 15 are provided so as to surround the vertical gap. And one of the surface of the plate 13 extends along the wall 11 and the other surface thereof extends along the wall 12, and the opposite ends thereof in a horizontal direction are joined to the water-tube furnace wall and the steam- tube furnace wall, and the upper and lower ends of the expansion plate are joined to the L-shaped metal plate so as to hold a horizontal gap (d) therebetween. Further flexible insulating material 16 is filled into between the walls 11, 12 and the metal plate 13 and also is filled into the interior of the plate 15.
