    • PURPOSE:To construct an underground tank with no need of draining spring water under the tank, by installing slab base plates on a reinforcing-board foundation concrete base plate at interals, and forming a drainage layer as well as connecting a pumping pit between them. CONSTITUTION:When underground water from under a concrete base plate 17 enters upon the concrete base plate 17 through its joint section 19 with a concrete side wall 16, the spring water remains inside a drainage layer 22 between the concrete base plate 17 and a slab base plate 21, but it never enters into a heat insulating material 8 from the slab base plate 21 as it is drained out from a pumping pit 25 through a drain port 24. In case the spring water entering in the drainage layer 22 is cooled by low temperature liquid 10 through the slab base plate 21 and frozen, its freezing is prevented by properly heating it by heating means 23.

    • PURPOSE:To provide follow-up after varying level of an anti-seismic floor for long-range change of the load by fitting a viscous fluid in a cylindrical vessel installed upright on the floor of a building, fitting the top of a vertical cylinder, which has a smaller dia. than the inner dia. of said cylindrical vessel and whose bottom immerges in viscous fluid, to the undersurface of the anti-seismic floor, and thereby preventing generation of walk vibration. CONSTITUTION:A cylindrical vessel 8, in which viscous fluid 7 is encapsulated, is installed upright on a stationary table 6 fixed onto the floor 5 of a building. To the undersurface of an anti-seismic floor 4 right over this cylindrical vessel 8, a vertical cylinder 9 is fixed with a fixing plate 10 interposed, wherein the vertical cylinder 9 has a dia. a little smaller than the inner dia. of the cylindrical vessel 8 and the bottom is immerged in the viscous fluid 7. These cylinder vessel 8 and vertical cylinder 9 are fixed vertically by the viscosity resistance of the fluid 7 and support the anti-seismic floor 4, being free from displacement with respect to momentary loads when a person walks. When a greater load is placed for a longer period of time resulting from for ex. movement of appara tus on the floor 4, the vertical cylinder 9 sinks slowly against the viscosity resistance in following-up after varying level of the follor 4.
