    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a worked body formed of an amorphous metal in which working constraint by crystallization incubation period is less liable to occur when joining the amorphous metal without plastic working by utilizing a supercooling liquid temperature zone, and any complicated working requiring intensive working or regular working can be easily performed without considering crystallization of the material. SOLUTION: Amorphous metal is kept at the working temperature set to the supercooling liquid temperature zone between the crystallization temperature and the glass transition temperature, and the plastic working or joining to be performed for the amorphous metal in the holding time within the crystallization incubation period of the material at the working temperature is defined as a unit working. Unit working is performed by raising the temperature of the amorphous metal to the working temperature, and the worked body of the material is obtained by repeating a plurality of working/cooling cycles to cool the material after the unit working to the temperature of the glass transition temperature or below before crystallization is started.     • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the breakage at a high bending part by executing a shape memorial treatment to a shape memory alloy material, partially executing a solution treatment to a prescribed portion and deformed-working to a prescribed portion and again executing the shape memorial treatment in a state of holding a target shape. SOLUTION: A wire rod (coiled wire rod) 16A of the shape memory alloy, is obtd. by hot-rolling. The solution treatment is executed to remove the working history. A cold-rolling is executed and the shape memorial treatment to the wire rod (coiled wire rod) 16 is linearly executed. The solution treatment to the prescribed portion of the wire rod (coiled wire rod) 16 is executed to make the solution treated portion 20. The wire rod (coiled wire rod) 16 is cut off into a prescribed dimension to obtain a cut-off piece 16A. Bending deformation at 180 deg. to the cut-off piece 16B is executed at the solution treated portion 20 to obtain the worked product 10A. The worked product 10A is restricted to a hairpin shape by using a restricting plates 22 and the shape memorial treatment is executed to obtain the hairpin 10 as the product.
