摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the exposure of metallic surface by providing a loop-shaped outside core material having a circular cross section abutting both ends, covering material radially slitting a central part, and inside core material to remain in the outside core material after functioning the outer peripheral part and radial slit part of covering materials for entering the outside core material. SOLUTION: An outside core material 3 to be made into gutter-shaped part 2 opening its upside half toward the downside by folding down and semicircularly forming the upside half of short tube-shaped part 1 inside is provided from the sheet metal such as sheet aluminum. SOLUTION: An opening part 2a is formed on the upper face part of a semispherical member, plural notches 2b are formed at the peripheral edge part of the opening part 2a, one side 2e of each piece left after cutting is folded downward, and a guide interval 2d is provided between other side edge parts 2f of adjacent pieces left from cutting so that an upper core can be formed. The central part of a covering member is inserted into the upper end opening part 2a of this upper core, next, each piece left from cutting on the upper face part of the upper core is cakled inside, the central part of the covering member is interposed inside the upper end opening part 2a and the covering member is folded together with the pieces left from cutting, and held between the notches 2b so that stereoscopic patterns can be formed on the upper face part of the button.
