摘要： PURPOSE: To perform rapid exchange of a tool by a method wherein when a tool holder is rotated in a first direction a tool fixing member held in a fixed state by a wrench head is unfastened and when it is rotated in a reverse direction the tool fixing member is tightened. CONSTITUTION: When a cutting tool 5 is separated away from a tool holder 1 after a wrench support arm 22 is slid and displaced to a most information position shown by a chain line a wrench head is lowered to a position to surround a fixing nut 4. A motor 15 is then rotated in a first direction and by rotating the tool holder 1 in the same direction the fixing nut 4 is unfastened and removal of the cutting tool 5 is allowed. After a fresh cutting tool 5 is arranged in a home position a wrench head 25 is positioned to surround the fixing nut 4, the motor 15 is rotated in an opposite direction, and the tool holder 1 is rotated in the same direction. This way performs fastening of the fixing nut 4 and fixes the cutting tool 5.
