摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an atmosphere control type heat treating furnace capable of forming a stable atmosphere in the axial direction of a tubular furnace and having a simple structure. SOLUTION: A furnace tube is formed into a double structure, four partitioning plates are provided between an outer tube and an inner tube, and two sets of a gas feed passage and a gas exhaust passage are formed. The gas feed passage is provided with multiple gas outflow holes, while the gas exhaust passage is provided with multiple gas inflow holes. Different gases are fed to the gas feed passage and the gas exhaust passage at different velocities respectively, a pressure difference is formed between the gas outflow hole and the gas inflow hole, and the different gases are uniformly passed perpendicularly to the axial direction of the furnace tube respectively.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manufacture a thick tape-like oxide superconductor by a non- vacuum process.
SOLUTION: An oxide superconductive film is obtained by applying to a substrate a mixed solution containing metal elements composing an RE-based oxide superconductor at a prescribed molar ratio; heat treating it by calcinations at a heat-up rate of 0.1-0.6°C/min in the range of 200-250°C to form a precursor of the oxide superconductor; and performing crystallization heat treatment to the precursor. The oxide superconductive film has a characteristic of [t]×[Jc]≥0.8, when a thickness of the superconductive film after crystallization is [t] μm, and a critical current density is [Jc]MA/cm
2 at 77K.

SOLUTION: The oxide superconductive wire 1 is composed of an oxide superconductor 2 and a sheath material 3 for covering its periphery, and the oxide superconductive wire 1 is provided with an introduction portion 4 with a prescribed length in a given direction over the axis direction. The thickness of the sheath material 3 for covering the periphery of the oxide superconductor 2 on the introduction portion 4 is smaller than that at the other part in the oxide superconductive wire 1, therefore, cross section of the introduction portion 4 is smaller than that of the other part, and this introduction portion 4 exists as a high resistant region in the oxide superconductive wire 1. Reducing the cross section of the introduction portion 4 and extending the axial length of the filament of the introduction portion 4 can increase total resistance of the oxide superconductive wire 1.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thick film of tape-like oxide superconductor by a MOD(metal organic deposition) method using TFA(trifluoroacetate). SOLUTION: A mixed solution of TFA salts, which contains a prescribed molecular ratio of metal elements composing a RE-base oxide superconductor, is applied onto an IBAD composite substrate, calcine-processed to obtain a precursor, and the precursor is heated for crystallization to give a thick film of tape-like oxide superconductor. Several layers of the precursor are formed on the substrate, and by performing the calcination processing for except at least the most outer layer of the precursor within the temperature range of 250 to 350 deg.C, and the steam pertial pressure of an inducing gas in crystallization heat treatment atmosphere before crystallization of the most outer layer of the precursor within the range of 0.5 to 3.2 vol.% in order to easily obtain the thick film of a tape-like oxide superconductor.
