摘要： 1. Emulsifiable oil for metal machining containing anion/nonionic emulsifier on the basis of natural compounds; corrosion inhibitor and mineral oil, characterized by the fact that it is composed of 19-26 weight parts of anion/nonionic emulsifier, 3-6 weight parts of boric acid alkanolamide, 0.2-5 weight parts of biocide and 65-78 weight parts of mineral oil, whereas the emulsifier is composed of 18-25 weight parts of unsaturated fatty acid of the C14-C22 (C18 being the predominant one) hydrocarbon chain length, 18-25 weight parts of the mixture of ethanolamines composed of 55-65 weight parts of diethanolamine, 35-55 weight parts of triethanolamine or 40-70 weight parts of monoethanolamine and 30-50 of diethanolamine, 6-10 weight parts of alkyl polyglycol ether of the C16-C22 hydrocarbon chain length and the 4-9 ethoxylation degree, 10-20 weight parts of the mixture of polyoxyethylene alkylphenols in the ratio of 4:12 respectively with 5 and 10 moles of ethylene oxide and the C9 alkyl substituent or only the sufficient amount of alkylphenol of the substituent mentioned above, 5-15 weight parts of D-Sorbite ester and fatty acids of the C18-C22 hydrocarbon chain length and 15-20 weight parts of acyl-polyglycol-ether from rape acid and glycerine and to act as biocide the following are used: morpholine derivatives, thiazole isomers with various heteroatoms Cl, Br, J, N, S, the mixture of 1,2- benzoisothiazole-3-one with the products of the condensation of alkanolamines with formaldehyde.
