    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fully automatic electronic controlled roll mill in which an inter-roll distance is automatically controlled, in a roll mill for performing ink milling/dispersion processing on a substance such as particulates and nano-particles in processing materials, in the manufacturing process of various products including, ink, paint, ceramics, pharmaceuticals, food, electronic materials, etc. SOLUTION: The roll mill includes a front roll 2 and a rear roll 3 that are capable of minute-moving orthogonally to an intermediate roll 1 on a frame by a servo motor and a ball screw. A laser sensor 18 for measuring an inter-roll distance is installed between the intermediate roll 3 and the front roll and between the intermediate roll and the rear roll, a load sensor 10 also is installed that measures inter-roll pressure. An electronic automatic control mechanism is provided which feeds back a detection signal from each sensor and which, while monitoring the load, controls displacements and controls the rolls at a constant distance and a constant pressurizing force, the position of the moving rolls is adjusted by driving the servo motor.     • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a kneader which does not cause liquid leakage from a jacket in a twin fuselage trough shell (kneading tank) having the jacket.SOLUTION: A trough shell 11 includes an inner wall 5 which is extended along the shaft center direction of a rotor shaft 2 and which is connected with two bodies 3 on the center via a ridge line connection part 4 where the bottom face is formed in a circular arc along the moving trajectory of the outer periphery of a rotor 1, and an outer wall 7 arranged by opening a space 6 so as to circulate a temperature controlling media along the outer periphery. The outer wall 7 has an arc plate part 8 of which the bottom surface is formed in an arc surface along the bodies 3 of the inner wall 5 and a central plate part 9 of which both ends are bent so that it is almost horizontally connected with the arc plate part 8 on the lower part of the ridge line connection part 4 of the inner wall. A reinforcement plate 15 which connects between the arc plate parts 8 is installed at the lower part of the central plate part 9.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a full-automatically electronically controllable roll mill, which is for kneading and dispersing a fine powder, nano-particles, or the like in a treatment material in a process of producing various kinds of products such as inks, coating materials, ceramics, pharmaceutical products, food products, electronic materials, and others.
      SOLUTION: On a stand of a roll mill for kneading and dispersing a fine powder, nano-particles, or the like in a treatment material, a front roll 2 and a rear roll 3 are installed to a middle roll 1 in a direction rectangular to the roll 1 in a slightly movable manner by a serbo-motor and ball screw. Laser sensors 18 for measuring the distance between rolls are installed and also load sensors 10 for measuring the pushing pressure between rolls are installed between the middle roll and the front roll and between the middle roll and the rear roll. An electronic automatic control mechanism for controlling the distance to be constant and the application pressure to be constant by feed-back control based on the detection signals from each sensor is installed to adjust the position of the transfer rolls by driving the serbo-motor.
