摘要： Bei einem Verfahren und einer Auswertevorrichtung zur Ermittlung der Lage einer in einem zu untersuchenden Objekt befindlichen Struktur mittels Röntgencomputertomografie wird aus einem Volumendatensatz des Objektes ein Schnittdatensatz ermittelt, der das Objekt in einer Schnittebene abbildet. Der Schnittdatensatz wird zu einem Binärdatensatz binarisiert, in dem die die Struktur abbildenden Strukturvoxel (s) und die eine Objektoberfläche abbildenden Oberflächenvoxel (f) ermittelt werden. Zur Lagebestimmung wird ein Abstandsdatensatz (A) derart erzeugt, dass jedem Abstandsvoxel (a) des Abstandsdatensatzes (A) ein Abstandswert (w) zugeordnet wird, der den kleinsten Abstand des jeweiligen Abstandsvoxels (a) zu den Oberflächenvoxeln (f) charakterisiert. Anschließend werden die den Strukturvoxeln (s) entsprechenden Abstandsvoxel (a) ermittelt und die zugehörigen Abstandswerte (w) ausgewertet. Durch Ermittlung eines Minimalwertes der Abstandswerte (w) kann beispielsweise der kleinste Abstand eines Kühlkanals zu der Oberfläche eines Kolbens bestimmt werden.
