SOLUTION: An emergency floodlight is provided with an interlocking piece 10 which has a through hole 11 through which a turning center shaft 8 passes, turns around the shaft 8, and has respective standstill states, a before turning and an after turning, a switch device 6 which is brought into an on state from an off state according to the position change of the interlocking piece 10 from the before turning state to the after turning state, and a lamp 2 which is turned on by a switch device 6. The interlocking piece 10 is turned by self-weight in response to a tremor in the case of earthquake occurrence so that the emergency flood light detects the tremor of the earthquake so as to automatically turn on the lamp 2.
