    • The invention relates to a sanitary water valve with parallel valve disks (6, 7) whose mutually contacting surfaces each have one bisecting line (2, 3), one of the valve disks (6) being fixed and non-rotating and provided with one cold-water and one hot-water inlet aperture (21, 22) on either side of the bisecting line (2). The other valve disk (7), which can move in relation to the fixed, non-rotating disk (6), is provided with a surface deflection channel (14) or a water admission aperture; by sliding and/or turning of the moveable valve disk (7) with the aid of a lever (12), the surface channel (14) or water admission aperture can be made to overlap fully or partially with one or other of the water admission apertures (21, 22) or with both, or brought into a closed position. According to the invention, the surface channel (14) or water admission aperture can be shifted from the closed position to overlap with the cold-water inlet aperture (22) by sliding the moveable valve disk (7) against the fixed valve disk (6) by lifting the lever (12) in an intermediate position, i.e. when the bisecting lines (2, 3) are colinear.

To control the temperature, the control and regulation piston (6) may be set at an initial position with respect to the temperature control and regulation block (5), in order to determine the initial temperature, and may be controlled by the regulating means (7) in order to regulate the temperature.     • A sanitary mixing tap controlled by a thermostat has an actuating appliance, a fixed tap-seat disk (20), a disk pack which slides on the tap-seat disk (20) for flow-monitoring and a temperature-dependent control element (39). The tap-seat disk (20) includes a warm-water inlet opening (21) and a cold-water inlet opening (22). The disk-pack consists in a lower guiding disk (23), an upper guiding disk (24) and a control disk (25), arranged between the lower guiding disk (23) and the upper guiding disk (24). The lower guiding disk (23) and the control disk (25) have through-openings (28/29; 33/34) communicating with the warm-water inlet opening (21); the cold-water inlet opening (22) of the tap-seat disk (20) and the upper guiding disk (24) have pressure-compensation chambers (36) communicating with the through-openings (33, 34) of the control disk (25). The position of the control disk (25) relative to the guiding disks (23, 24) can be adjusted by means of the actuating appliance to a starting position which determines the temperature; the control disk (25) can also be monitored to regulate the temperature by means of the temperature-dependent monitoring element (39). The regulating disk (25) according to said invention can be monitored with greater accuracy and speed by means of the temperature-dependent regulating element (39), so that the set temperature of the water mixture stays constant, showing no noticeable variations. This is achieved through the fact that said mixing tap includes at least one mixing chamber (35) communicating with the through-openings (28, 29) of the lower guiding disk (23) and/or with the pressure-compensation chambers (36) of the upper guiding disk (24) and through the fact that the temperature-dependent regulating element (39) is arranged in the mixing chamber (35) of the regulating disk (25) and/or in a recess (32) communicating with said mixing chamber (35).
