    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a circuit configuration method of a capacitor module in which switching noise generated in a power module during inverter operation is effectively reduced at a low cost. SOLUTION: The circuit configuration method of the capacitor module including Y capacitors for suppressing switching noise by an inverter, includes the steps in which: (a) an actual voltage waveform or a current waveform is observed in each of the Y capacitors; (b) a detailed frequency component obtained by filtering the voltage waveform or the current waveform by a frequency band is independently extracted and separated and then a parallel equivalent circuit is configured according to each separated frequency component; (c) a simulation waveform obtained in each changing process is compared with the actually measured voltage waveform or current waveform to finally select the value of the each element while stepwise changing a value of each element by the parallel equivalent circuit; and (d) the actual capacitor module is configured using the capacity of the selected Y capacitor.     • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device and method for charging of a hybrid vehicle for providing charging of battery by connecting external single phase power supply which is a commercial power supply by a plug-in system.SOLUTION: The charging device includes: a motor which operates as an electric motor or a generator; a battery which store DC voltage and supplies motor drive power supply; an inverter arranged between the motor and the battery; an external AC power supply which supplies electric energy by plug-in connecting; a single phase inductor arranged between AC power supply and the inverter by plug-in connecting; a switch which performs electrical connection and separation between a motor and any one junction out of junctions which connect a power cable and an inductor; a current sensor which is connected with a power cable to which external AC power supply is not connected, and detects the amount of current supplied to the motor; and a controller which controls a switch so that the electrical connection between the inductor and the motor dissociates with plug-in when connecting external AC power supply, and controls the inverter so that current does not flow to the cable which is not connected with the inductor.
