摘要： Disclosed are an Unequal Error Protection (UEP) method and apparatus of video signals based on a dynamic link in a broadband high frequency wireless system.A UEP transmission apparatus based on a dynamic link includes a UEP transmission controller to verify, based on a channel state when video data is inputted, a bit field size and a bit separation point of separating a priority for each pixel element being comprised of a pixel of the video data, and to control an error correction coding for correcting relatively many errors occurring in information with a high priority for each pixel element to be used, a bit separator unit to separate the video data pixel based on the priority for each pixel element, and a channel coding unit to perform a corresponding error correction coding through the control of the UEP transmission controller based on the priority for each pixel element.

The UEP apparatus may include a UEP transmission controller to verify a bit separation point of separating a color depth and priority for each pixel element being composed of a video data pixel when video data is inputted, and to control an error correction coding of correcting relatively many errors to be used in information with a high priority for each pixel element, a bit separator to separate the video data pixel through a control of the UEP transmission controller based on the priority for each pixel element, and a channel coding unit to use a corresponding error correction coding through the control of the UEP transmission controller based on the priority for each pixel element.

摘要： Provided are a transmission/receiving apparatus and method of switching a transmission antenna in a Transmission Switched Diversity (TSD) system. The transmission apparatus includes an announcement command frame reading unit to verify a TSD Information Element (IE) included in an announcement command frame when receiving the announcement command frame from a receiving apparatus, and to verify whether to request a switching of the transmission antenna, an antenna switching unit to select an antenna, not being selected from a plurality of antennas, as a transmission antenna when the announcement command frame requests the switching of the transmission antenna, and to switch a currently used antenna into the selected transmission antenna, and an announcement command frame generation unit to convert transmission antenna information included in the TSD IE into the selected transmission antenna, and to generate a response announcement command frame including the converted TSD IE and transmit to the receiving apparatus.
