    • The present invention provides a heating-pressurizing jig for manufacturing a 5-layer membrane electrode assembly (MEA), in which: metal plates are formed integrally with heating plates to obviate the difficulty in increasing the temperature of the metal plates to a normal state every time when manufacturing a plurality of 5-layer MEAs; an MEA is mounted to external guides while being spaced apart from lower guides at predetermined intervals to prevent the MEA from being dried, contracted and deformed by the heated metal plates; and the lower guides and upper plate supports are elastically supported by springs, respectively, so that the external guides can respond in real time to the change in the thickness caused when upper and lower gas diffusion layers are compressed, thus preventing the MEA from being bent.

    • A method of responding to a call and mobile communication terminal implementing the same are disclosed. The present invention includes a call request receiving step of receiving a call request from a calling party, a text message preparing step of preparing a text message, and a message communication step of converting the prepared text message to a voice message and transmitting the voice message. Accordingly, in case that a terminal user has difficulty in answering an incoming call from a calling party or intends to continue using the mobile communication terminal prior to receiving the incoming call, the terminal user is able to continue having a conversation using a text message.

    • A method for managing walsh code channels in a mobile communication system includes the steps of initiating a plurality of walsh codes for the unit of sector and frequency at a base station, dividing the walsh codes allotted from the base station to a terminal in response to peak factor characteristic to put excellent walsh codes in a main queue and poor walsh codes in a sub queue, allotting with priority walsh codes which are on standby in the main queue at the base station if the terminal requests allocation of the walsh codes, and allotting walsh codes which are on standby in the sub queue if the allotted walsh codes are null or if there are no walsh codes having excellent peak factor characteristic. Accordingly, it is possible to minimize interference exerted on adjacent channels during communication, thereby improving quality of service in the overall communication system.
