    • Embodiments of the present invention relate to a V2V-based resource allocation method and apparatus. The method includes: receiving, by a base station, a resource request message sent by first user equipment; identifying, by the base station according to the resource request message, a level type corresponding to the first user equipment; if the base station identifies that the level type corresponding to the first user equipment is a high priority type, and a quantity of blocks of idle V2V resources in a first resource pool is less than a first preset threshold, or a quantity of required resource blocks that is calculated by the base station according to an amount of data to be sent by the first user equipment and a modulation and coding scheme is greater than a quantity of blocks of idle V2V resources in a first resource pool, allocating a V2V resource to the first user equipment from V2V resources occupied by second user equipment in the first resource pool, or from a second resource pool. By means of the V2V-based resource allocation method and apparatus provided in the embodiments of the present invention, quality of service of user equipment of a high priority type can be ensured.

    • Embodiments of the present invention provide a resource processing method, an apparatus, and a terminal. The method includes: receiving, by a first terminal, a first message simultaneously sent by each of at least one second terminal, where the first message is carried on N resources and used to indicate location information of resources on which to-be-sent data is located, and N is a positive integer greater than or equal to 2; and determining, by the first terminal based on the location information of the resources on which the to-be-sent data is located, resources used by the first terminal to send data. Because the first message is carried on the N resources, a probability of collision of the resources used by the second terminal to send the first message is very low. On this basis, the first terminal easily learns the resources determined by the second terminal, and therefore can accurately determine, based on the resources determined by the second terminal, the resources used by the first terminal to send the data. This further avoids collision between the resources used by the first terminal to send the data and the resources used by the second terminal to send the to-be-sent data, and improves reliability of a V2X system.

    • The present invention discloses a terminal device, a network device, and a data transmission method, and relates to the communications field, so as to resolve a problem of relatively low transmission efficiency that is caused by transmission resource collision. A specific solution is as follows: A sending unit sends, by using a first resource block, a first MAC PDU that carries a first reservation indicator field used to instruct to reserve the first resource block; a receiving unit receives a second MAC PDU sent by using a second resource block by a set of second terminal devices, where the second MAC PDU carries a first resource feedback field used to indicate that the first resource block is successfully reserved; a determining unit determines, according to the first resource feedback field that is received by the receiving unit and that is sent by a second terminal device in the set of second terminal devices, that the first resource block is a resource block used to send a new MAC PDU; and the sending unit sends the new MAC PDU by using the first resource block determined by the determining unit. The present invention is applied to a data transmission process.
