    • A method for adjusting quality of quantization for encoding is disclosed according to embodiments of the present invention. The method includes adjusting a first group of sample values for encoding with at least two scale factors; quantizing the adjusted first group of sample values to obtain quantized sample values; eliminating the impact of the scale factors from the quantized sample values to obtain a second group of sample values; obtaining a global gain with the first group of sample values and the second group of sample values; outputting the quantized sample values, information of the at least two scale factors and the obtained global gain as an encoding stream. Embodiments of the present invention further disclose a method for adjusting quality of quantization for decoding, and apparatuses for adjusting quality of quantization for encoding and decoding. The methods and apparatuses disclosed by the present invention may greatly reduce the implementation complexity and may well adjust the quality of quantization at critical bands so that a better encoding performance may be achieved.

    • A decoding method and device are provided. The decoding method includes receiving a data frame sent from an encoding end; determining a spectrum parameter of a current bad frame if any bad frame occurs; and performing a decoding process according to the calculated and determined spectrum parameter of the current bad frame to obtain a decoded data. The determining the spectrum parameter of the current bad frame specifically includes: first, determining the number of continuous bad frames that occur currently, a spectrum parameter of a good frame before the current bad frame, and a constant mean value of a spectrum parameter; and then, adaptively shifting the spectrum parameter of the good frame towards the constant mean value of the spectrum parameter according to the number of the continuous bad frames to calculate and obtain spectrum parameter information of the current bad frame. When the continuous bad frames occur, the relevance between the spectrum parameter of the nearest good frame and the spectrum parameter of the current bad frame is gradually reduced, so that more accurate spectrum parameter of the current bad frame can be obtained, thereby obtaining a better speech quality under a same code rate and a same frame error rate.

    • The present invention relates to a decoding method and apparatus. Therefore, excessive periodicity in the decoding process is overcome, and the decoding accuracy is ensured.
