摘要： Aspects of the present disclosure provided methods and devices for a transmit receive point (TRP) to access one or more unlicensed channels in an unlicensed spectrum jointly with at least one other TRP. An example method may include a step of aligning a starting time of a potential transmission on at least one of the one or more unlicensed channels with a starting time of a potential transmission of at least one other TRP on the at least one of the one or more unlicensed channels. A further step includes performing channel access on the at least one of the one or more unlicensed channels by performing at least one of a spatial domain channel access procedure or a combination of a spatial domain channel access procedure and a frequency domain multi-channel access procedure. Another step includes transmitting at the aligned starting time on the at least one of the one or more unlicensed channels in the joint access period when the at least one of the one or more unlicensed channels is available.

When low latency traffic pre-empts latency tolerant traffic in a first interval, the pre-empted low latency traffic can be transmitted in a subsequent interval. There are multiple designs disclosed for notifying UE that are affected by the pre-emption events. The various designs include implicit or explicit notification that can be semi-static or dynamic. Examples of the notification include notification of that a pre-emption event occurs, notification of the location of the pre-emption event, notification of whether a supplementary transmission will occur and notification of the location of the supplementary transmission.

摘要： Methods and devices for grant-based uplink transmission in an unlicensed band are provided. Uplink grant messages are transmitted to electronic devices (EDs) in order to indicate time-frequency resources that are allocated to the EDs for uplink transmission in an unlicensed spectrum band. For a given ED, in the event that a first listen-before-talk (LBT) operation for the time-frequency resource allocated to the ED fails, the ED performs a second LBT operation within the allocated time-frequency resource at a start time based on a start point configuration within the allocated time-frequency resource. If the second LBT operation succeeds, the ED transmits an uplink transmission within a remaining portion of the allocated time-frequency resource that includes an activation signal to indicate a start of the uplink transmission, and uplink payload data.

The pre-emption indication is transmitted every K symbols or slots, on a group-common physical downlink control channel. The pre-emption indication is in respect of a group of K symbols or slots preceding a symbol or slot containing the group-common pre-emption indication. The group-common pre-emption indication indicates, for the group of K symbols or slots, which resources are pre-empted. The base station schedules resources for first downlink traffic, and transmits the scheduled first downlink traffic subject to pre-emption, and transmits second downlink traffic by pre-empting resources for the first downlink traffic. On the UE side, the UE receives the pre-emption indication. The UE receives its scheduled traffic taking into account the pre-emption indication.
