The seat defines a pair of first apertures at a first surface thereof communicating with the passageways, and a pair of second aperture at a second surface thereof opposite to the first surface communicating with the passageways. Rear insides of the first apertures are aligned with front insides of the second apertures.

The first convex lenses are coupled with the convex lens of the first lens member. The substrate defines light ports at free ends of the waveguides. The substrate is seated with the connector and the light ports are coupled with the second convex lenses of the second lens member.

摘要： An optical-fiber connector includes an insulative main body having a pair of optical components extending forwardly therefrom. Each optical component defines at least one lens and a guiding post located at outside of the lens. Each guiding post defines a through hole extend through the guiding post and the main body in a front-to-back direction and fulfilled with the air for transmitting a test light. The test light from the through hole of the guiding post acts as an accurate measuring reference of the true position between the lens and the fiber because of having no displacement of the light path through a through hole.

The first and second light port portions are aligned with each other when the light transmission module is coupled with light circuit board so that light lines go directly from the core wires through the light transmission module and reflect at the slant surface.
