摘要： A computer controlled system and method of using the system for control of shipping a quantity of product either domestically or internationally. The system comprises a number of user input stations for entering a shipping request. Product release information stored in the computer is added to the request which is transmitted t a product storage unit, a printer, and an exit control station. The product storage unit selects the product requested. The printer prints a product release form which can include a customs declaration form and/or a digital authentication stamp if desired. The product is prepared for shipping and the product release form is attached. The product and the product release form is checked at the exit control station. The product is then shipped or corrective action is taken.

摘要： The present invention provides gene targets, constructs and methods for the genetic control of plant disease caused by multiple plant viruses. The present invention relates to achieving a plant protective effect through the identification of target coding sequences and the use of recombinant DNA technologies for post-transcriptionally repressing or inhibiting expression of the target coding sequences of plant-parasitic viruses. Protein-expression based approaches may also be utilized to augment phenotype resistance. Thus, transcription of a single transgenic event comprising one or more plant expression cassettes can allow for broad spectrum resistance of a plant to multiple plant viral strains and species among the geminiviruses, tospoviruses, and potexviruses.

In an preferred embodiment the system includes a document metadata database storing a plurality of documents and meta information thereof, a management server programmed to rule engine, search, security engine and notification engines, and a web server providing an interactive website for displaying documents and allowing creation of a customized portfolio. The customized portfolio management system preferably provides notification on the website, apprising users of changes in the status of their documents.
