    • An incoming call prompting method is provided. The method includes the step of: providing a data storage for storing a note table, a melodic companion table, and an audio clip database; receiving an incoming call and sending the incoming call to a decoder to phone number of the incoming call; storing the phone number in the data storage; obtaining a predetermined digit set from the incoming call phone number stored in the data storage; obtaining the assigned note of each digit of the digit set, and piecing together a melodious sequence of note based upon a pre-determined algorithm guiding selection and sequencing of a combination of the primary notes and/or companion notes of the melodic companion table to edit a melody; and obtaining and outputting audio clip of each note of the edited melody in turn to generate a music.

    • The present invention relates to a robot and a control method adapted for the robot. The method includes a) measuring time; b) performing a normal biological action when the time reaches a beginning time of a biological function; c) judging whether an instruction is received while during the biological function; d) if the instruction is received while during the biological function, fetching an action adjustment parameter of the biological function and performing an output; e) after the output is finished, resuming performing the normal biological action; and f) stopping the normal biological action when the time reaches an ending time of the biological function.

    • A shake responsive media player is provided. The media player comprises, a motion sensor, a storage unit, a motion state determining unit, a media file determining unit, and a processing unit. The motion sensor is used for detecting a shaking motion imparted to the media player by a user. The storage unit stores at least one group of media files associated with each other having same contents and different sampling rates and a table defining relationships between shaking levels of the shaking motion and the sampling rates of the at least one group of media files. The motion state determines one of the shaking levels of the media player according to signals from the motion sensing unit. The a media file determining unit, when a first media file of the at least one group of media files is playing, determines a second media file associated with the first media file having the sampling rate corresponding to the shaking level determined by the motion state determining unit according to the table.

    • A touch input device is provided. The touch input device includes a touch panel and a touch control.
