    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an easily attachable adhesive sheet in which, when it is attached to an adherend, it can be attached easily and beautifully with sufficient adhesiveness since air is easily escaped; after it is attached, not all edges thereof are sealed; even if it is exposed to high temperatures, its appearance is not impaired since air pockets or blisters can be removed/prevented; and thus it is useful for the application as a large-sized adhesive sheet. SOLUTION: The adhesive sheet comprises a substrate sheet and an adhesive layer on the substrate sheet. In the adhesive layer, there are provided recessed grooves having openings at the edges of the adhesive sheet and having a tapered shape expanding in the surface direction of the adhesive layer. The recessed grooves are provided in the shape of a plurality of parallel rectilinear or curved straps, in the shape of lattices or in the form of oblique lattices. In addition, there are provided through holes having a hole size of 0.1-100 μm at the surface of the substrate and passing through the adhesive sheet from one surface thereof to the other surface at a density of 10-10,000 pieces/100 cm 2 in the substrate sheet and the adhesive layer.
