The first reaction gas flow passage 52 and the first humidifying fluid flow passage 56 have a linear flow passage parts 52a, 56a, and turnup flow passage parts 52b, 56b. The width of the flow passage of the turnup flow passage parts 52b, 56b is set wider than that of the linear flow passage parts 52a, 56a.
