      SOLUTION: The pump (58) to supply the air to the fuel cell (12) as the cathode gas by suction of the air is arranged on the downstream side rather than that of the fuel cell (12) in the flow direction of the cathode gas, and because the suction of the cathode gas is carried out through the fuel cell (12), it is prevented that the working sounds of the pump (58) is leaked outside, and the necessary cathode gas is secured by communicating a cathode electrode of the fuel cell (12) with the atmosphere.
