摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a shaft seal device with a relatively simple structure capable of securely preventing leakage of lubricating oil into inside of a motor chamber, in a motor integrated compressor.
SOLUTION: On a drive shaft 14 of the motor integrated fuel gas compressor, a plurality of shaft seal devices 33a, 33c are provided in a motor 4 side of a bearing 16 supporting the drive shaft 14. A gap δ is formed between the outer periphery of the drive shaft 14 and the inner periphery of a shaft hole between the shaft seal devices 33a, 33c, and a communication passage 34 for communicating a lower part of the gap δ with a space outside a compressor main body 2 is provided. An air passage 38 for communicating an upper part of the gap δ with a space where relatively high-pressure air or inert gas exists with respect to the space with which the communication passage 34 is communicated is provided.

The fan 64 mounted to a drive shaft of the motor 60 is arranged inside the intake duct 14 to generate a flow of the cooling air from the cooling air inflow port 13 to the cooling air discharge port 16.

SOLUTION: The inside of a case in the fuel gas feeder is partitioned into two or more sections, and the compressor 2 and the cooling fan 6 are disposed in a compression chamber 1a as one section. A plate-like diffuser 21 is fitted to a leg part 22a of a support 22 supporting the compressor 2 to surround the outer periphery of a motor part 2b of the compressor 2. The cold air from the cooling fan 6 is substantially all taken in the inside of the plate-like diffuser 21, and flows along the plate-like diffuser 21 to be streamlined. Thus, the motor part 2b of the compressor 2 can be efficiently cooled. Further, the cold air in the streamlined state is sprayed to the compression part 2a so that the compression part 2a can be also efficiently cooled.
