      SOLUTION: In the temporary fastening bolt 15, a vertical column-like stem part 15c is formed between a screw part 15a and a head part 15b, and a flange-like stopper 16 is fitted into an outer periphery between the stem part and the screw part. A center-rest fixture 20 for coaxially positioning and holding the insert 10 and the temporary fastening bolt in the mounting of the insert is provided in addition to the temporary fastening bolt. In the center-rest fixture, a bolt through-hole 21a, into which the screw part of the temporary fastening bolt is inserted, is provided, and center-rest recesses 24 and 25, which are in longitudinally different positions on a line S coaxial with the center line of the bolt through-hole and which are each formed in an arc shape in accordance with the shape of the outer periphery of the stem part, are provided in upper and lower positions. When the temporary fastening bolt and the insert are coaxially fastened together by screwing the screw part into a female screw hole 10a of the insert, the temporary fastening bolt is kept in a center-rest state wherein the stem part is fitted into the upper and lower center-rest recesses.
