The mobile terminal having a touch panel includes an input control unit that receives character data from a user via the touch panel, a conversion candidate creating unit that creates a conversion candidate list corresponding to the character data, and a screen display control unit that displays the conversion candidate list on a conversion candidate display region of the touch panel, and, when the conversion candidate list cannot be displayed completely on the conversion candidate display region of the touch panel, scroll-displays the conversion candidate list displayed on the conversion candidate display region during contact movement in which a finger of the user continues moving on the touch panel without having a contact state therebetween disconnected, in accordance with the contact movement.

摘要： A soft packaged sealed battery is contained in an airtight container. The airtight container is decompressed and images of the surface shape of the sealed battery in the airtight container before and after decompression are captured by a CCD camera or the like. Whether or not airtightness of the sealed battery is maintained is determined based on a change in the captured images, e.g. a change in the surface shape appearing as luminance differences of pixels. By this determination method, highly accurate airtightness determination is realized by eliminating the influence of invisible fine creases on a sealed battery surface.

The control device is capable of performing valve opening/closing phase control that advances or retards opening/closing phases of valve elements provided in the internal combustion engine via a valve opening/closing phase adjusting mechanism and, with the internal combustion engine in a stopped state before starting a vehicle, advances the opening/closing phases of the valve elements to bring the opening/closing phases of the valve elements into an advanced phase state relative to predetermined reference phases, thus starting the vehicle with torque of the rotary electric machine in the advanced phase state.
