摘要： There are provided a sheet processing apparatus and an image forming apparatus which can adjust adhesive strength by a simple configuration.A toner image for adhesive strength adjustment is formed on a toner image of a sheet to be bonded by an image forming portion provided in a copying machine body. An adhesive is applied onto a bonding portion of the sheet by a gluing device provided in a finisher. The bonding portion of the sheet onto which the adhesive is applied and the toner image having the toner image for adhesive strength adjustment of the sheet are bonded together by a second pushing-out member and a pair of second folding rollers provided in the finisher. The amount of toner forming the toner image for adhesive strength adjustment formed by the image forming portion is adjusted to adjust the adhesive strength of the adhesive.

摘要： When a sheet bundle formed on a processing tray descends in a sheet bundle conveying path by a sheet bundle conveying mechanism while a front edge of the sheet bundle is nipped, a band sheet is circled to a front edge side and overlaid to front and back surfaces. The band sheet is perforated at a plurality of positions by a cutter and, thereafter, cut to a necessary length. Both edges of the band sheet are stapled integratedly with the sheet bundle by a stapler main body also serving as a stapling of the sheet bundle. If the band sheet is not torn at the perforation, its contents cannot be browsed. Therefore, security holding performance of the sheet bundle is raised.

A notch part forming portion 400A including a punch 403 and a die 404 forms plural notch parts in an end part of a sheet bundle folded by a sheet folding portion. A discharge roller pair 402a and 402b turns back the notch parts to bind the sheet bundle. As a result, the sheet bundle can easily be opened and the reduction of the running cost can be achieved because stapling is not performed.

摘要： The ball for a ball game of the invention includes a fabric layer 1 having a spherical 12-hedron where twelve right pentagonal fabric pieces 2 are sewn together. The marginal edges of the fabric piece being folded by 90 degrees, and the marginal edges are sewn together with a sewing machine. The fabric layer is then reversed through cross-like slits 5a, 5b formed in the fabric layer in a location opposite to a valve opening 5 (also formed in the fabric layer) in such a manner that the marginal edges are located on an inner side of the fabric layer. After the bladder is accommodated within the fabric layer through the closure hole 5, the hole 5 is closed by a patch. Onto a surface of the fabric layer, there is adhered the panels. Thereby, the ball for a ball game having no unevenness and soft feeling is attained.

摘要： A molding apparatus for injection-molding a hemispherical hollow body formed of a thermoplastic elastomer and having a valve formed integrally therewith. The apparatus includes a first mold having a hemispherical convex molding surface, a second mold having a hemispherical concave molding surface larger in size than the convex molding surface. The second mold is superposed on the first mold to form a molding cavity for the hollow body. A first valve mold is removably mounted at the center of the hemispherical convex molding surface of the first mold, for forming the valve and an inside and small-diameter portion of a valve rubber insertion hole of the valve. A second valve mold is removably mounted at the center of the hemispherical concave molding surface, for forming an intermediate and large-diameter portion of the valve rubber insertion hole and an outside and small-diameter portion thereof while forming a cavity for the valve in cooperation with the first valve mold. The second valve mold includes a diametrically-enlarged portion provided at a lower end of the second valve mold for downwardly pushing the formed hollow body when the second valve mold is engaged to the second mold after the second valve is removed from the second mold.
