    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a caster and a mobile medical image diagnostic device using this caster, in which its truck can be made small in size and light in weight, neither a large-scaled mechanism nor a large space is required for it, component parts are not damaged when the device rides over a step and an effect of preventing an accident of fall can be increased. SOLUTION: This caster comprises a wheel 61 and a supporting member 63 for supporting the wheel 61. A truck fall preventing member 9 is installed at a falling direction of a truck 2 caused by a variation in the center of gravity of the truck 2 in respect to a rotating shaft of the wheel 61. The truck fall preventing member 9 comprises a rod-like member 91 and a connecting member 92 for connecting the upper end of the rod-like member 91 to a supporting member 63 (a protrusion 65). The connecting member 92 is formed by a resilient member that can be flexed, deformed and compressively deformed as the rod-like member 91 moves upward when a force acting upwardly in a vertical direction acts against the lower end of the rod-like member 91.     • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an X-ray system in which a photographing condition can be set even on the side of an X-ray movable diaphragm.
      SOLUTION: The X-ray system comprises: a main body; an X-ray generation part for generating X-rays by control from the main body; and an X-ray movable diaphragm 3 for adjusting the irradiation field of the generated X-rays. The X-ray movable diaphragm 3 is provided with a photographic condition setting part (photographic condition setting apparatus 32). By arranging the photographic condition setting part at not only the main body but also the X-ray movable diaphragm, a photographic condition can be adjusted directly from the photographic condition setting part of the X-ray movable diaphragm and a photographer does not need to move to the side of the main body in positioning the X-ray generation part and the X-ray movable diaphragm. Consequently, it is possible to finely adjust the photographic condition by the photographic condition setting part provided at the X-ray movable diaphragm after moving the X-ray generation part and the X-ray movable diaphragm to proper positions after roughly adjusting the photographic condition on the side of the main body in advance.

After moving the X-ray generation part and the X-ray movable diaphragm to an appropriate position, the shooting conditions can be fine-tuned by the shooting requirement setting part prepared on the X-ray movable diaphragm.

SOLUTION: In the moving type X-ray apparatus provided with a C-type arm 5 having an X-ray generating part and an X-ray image receiving part at one end and at the other end, respectively, and a revolving mechanism for manually and revolvably holding the C-type arm 5 with a horizontal shaft as a revolving center shaft, a switching mechanism is provided for switching revolution of the C-type arm 5 to either one of a manual operation and electromotion. A motor 20 for revolving the C-type arm 5 is used for electrical revolving. In the revolving mechanism, a driven gear 10 is used. The driven gear 10 is engaged with a driving gear 70 and a clutch 60 for intermitting driving force of the motor 20 is provided on the driving gear 70 by sliding the motor 20 by an operation of a lever 30. The manual revolution and electrically driven revolution are performed for the orthopedic use and for the calculus crushing, respectively.
