In addition to a first injector 50, the fuel injection control device comprises a second injector 70 capable of jetting the fuel into an intake port 18. During the start of the internal combustion engine, the fuel jetted from the first injector 50 is vaporized by the vaporization promoting means 52 to form the vaporized fuel and a fuel is supplied also into a cylinder performing an intake stroke within a time lag from a time point when fuel injection is started by the first injector 50 to a time point when a specified amount of vaporized fuel is sucked into any cylinder from the second injector 70 installed in that cylinder.
