SOLUTION: An acidic solvent, in which a zinc salt containing zinc isotope is dissolved, is passed through a column filled with an organic polymer of a resorcinol derivative having a crown ether structure as a functional group at side chains, which is synthesized by adding and dissolving the resorcinol derivative, benzocrown ether and paraformaldehyde or formaldehyde in halogen-containing fatty acid and reacting them for a predetermined time at a predetermined temperature, and is carried on a porous silica carrier, or the organic polymer itself made into a porous body, and then the zinc isotope is absorbed with the organic polymer by means of a chromatography.

Hereby, the electric conductivity which is one factor for accelerating a stress corrosion crack can be reduced, and the stress corrosion crack of the reactor structure material can be suppressed, and the operation rate of the nuclear power plant can be improved.
