      SOLUTION: A register 140 for instructing the invalidation of a page of a remote node is provided in each node of a main storage shared multiprocessor and all nodes are notified that writing is performed in the register 140. Further, a remote page invalidation circuit 150 issues a command for removing the whole cache lines belonging to a page of a node from a CPU cache of the node according to the notice received from other nodes. An ACK waiting circuit 160 notifies to the node of a request source that the invalidation of the page is finished after removing the whole cache lines. It is possible to realize to perform data writing without depending upon an instruction set of the CPU without performing transfer from the cache of another node.
