SOLUTION: A collector comprises a plurality of collector portions divided by a plurality of partition walls. A control circuit is attached to a surface of the partition wall. Wires to the control circuit are molded in a part of the partition wall, and the partition wall serves as insulation material for the wires. The partition wall is formed with a connector for electric connection. A fuel injection valve is attached to a manifold portion that is equipped with a manifold connected to the collector. The manifold is provided with a shutoff valve, and when the shutoff valve is closed, air is fed to an intake port through a bypass passage.
