SOLUTION: A beam 16 for supporting a placing load at the concrete placing time of the diaphragm floor 2 of the nuclear reactor containment 1 is bonded to the support 21 lower end extended from the leg of a pipe whipping structure 20, and the load at the concrete placing time is supported by the beam 16 and a pedestal 8, and the diaphragm floor 2 is constructed without burdening a liner 15 of the nuclear reactor containment 1 with the load, dispensing with a temporary support member. Hereby, since the pipe whipping structure 20 to be provided originally in the nuclear reactor containment 1 is utilized at the construction time as a support member for the concrete placing load of the diaphragm floor 2 of the nuclear reactor containment 1, the effect the economically shortening construction term is acquired.

The constructing period of the foundation mat for the bottom of nuclear reactor- housing container can thus be shortened.
