    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hole plugging method for the parts to be filled with a mortar among the parts, where it is needed to plug holes for leading a pipe, a duct, etc. therethrough provided in an opening formed in a wall of a building like a nuclear power plant or a reprocessing plant, by which the works are carried out efficiently while improving and securing the filling performance. SOLUTION: The pipe 14 is passed through a square opening 12 piercing a skeleton 11 of the building. A form 15 made of an acrylic board or a toughened glass is provided at each of both ends of the square opening 12 in a manner that a gap communicating the square opening 12 and the outside is formed at the upper part. The mortar in a hopper 38 is sucked by a pump 35 through a hose 37, and is placed in advance in the square opening 12 through the hose 33 to reach a filling level 19 where the pipe 14 is buried. After the mortar placed in advance is hardened, a space 17 is filled with a post-placing mortar by hand. COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI

    • PURPOSE: To surely prevent the generation of a not-yet-mixed swirl flow at a branched corner part, by projectingly installing a rectifier cylinder which has a smaller diameter than one of the inflow conduits and whose top end is closed, coaxially from one of the inflow conduits at the branched corner part of an inflow conduit and forming a plurality of rectifier holes which communicate to the flow-out pipe part on the peripheral wall of the rectifier cylinder. CONSTITUTION: At the branched corner part 28 of a piping joint, a rectifier cylinder 24 which has a smaller diameter than a branched pipe 21 and whose top end is closed is projectingly installed coaxially from the branched pipe 21. On the peripheral wall of the rectifier cylinder 24, a plurality of rectifier holes 27 which communicate to a flow-out pipe part 23 are formed so that the total hole area becomes equal to the sectional area of the branched pipe 21. Further, the rectifier hole 27 is formed within a range of about 1/4 of the peripheral wall of the pipe, on the surface in the lower course of the rectifier cylinder 24. Further, in the branched pipe 21, a thermal sleeve 29 whose one end is positioned on the upstream side from the rectifier hole 27 of the rectifier cylinder 24 and which is positioned downstream from the branched corner part 28 is formed integrally. Further, at the flow-out pipe part 23, a rectifier plate 30 having the rectifier holes 31... is formed integrally downstream from the branched corner part 28.
