    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stably operate a PLL (Phase-locked loop) even in if an S/N ratio is low in a Blu-ray Disc (R) reproduction system.
      SOLUTION: The loop composition of a PLL is changed in accordance with an operational state, and an FIR equalizer output is used for detecting a phase. An optical disk reproduction signal processing system is provided that achieves a low error rate even in a state in which the S/N ratio of an input signal is low, avoids an edge low in phase-detection precision and a signal string which is erroneously detected as an edge with high possibility by a conventional method, and is ready for various modes of input signals.
