The power converter can be reduced in size through effective cooling process by compressing the heat radiating sheet 3 formed of a soft insulating material with the projected part 401 of the heat sink 4, and realizing simultaneously reliable insulation and high heat conductivity between the capacitor 1 and heat sink 4.
