摘要： PURPOSE:To eliminate voids which are produced in a superconductor winding and cause quenching. CONSTITUTION:Cut trenches are provided in FRP cylinders on both the ends of a winding frame to wind a superconductor wire, the winding part is wrapped with removing thin sheets in which small holes are formed beforehand, the neighbourhoods of heater lead wires 7 and superconductor lead wires 8 are covered with silicone putty 14 and, after the vacuum casting of resin 10, the unit is put into a pressurized molding tank 16 and the superconductor winding is impregnated with the resin 10 under a super-high pressure and, at the same time, steam is introduced into a steam coil 19 to cure the resin 10. With this constitution, by impregnating the superconductor winding with the resin under a super high pressure and curing the resin, voids existing between the superconductor wires are compressed and eliminated, so that the superconductor wires are well bonded to each other and the voids can be eliminated.

摘要： PURPOSE:To enable uniform brazing by making the fixing device for the connecting conductor movable to follow the thermal elongation due to the brazing thereby maintaining the pressure on the jointing surface constant. CONSTITUTION:The connecting conductor 1 is firmly secured to the conductor fixing cage 7 provided on a base 10, then the conductor 2 to be connected is firmly secured to the movable conductor fixing cage 7'. The air cylinder 11 for moving the cage 7' is regulated to be functioned by the pressure on the jointing surface thus to perform the brazing. When said pressure exceeds over predetermined level, the thermal elongation due to the temperature rise causes to push back the air cylinder 11 through the cage 7' thus to maintain the pressure on the jointing surface constant.

摘要： PURPOSE: To provide the title permanent current switch causing no quenching under the normal operation. CONSTITUTION: FRP cylinders 3, 4 are engaged with both ends of a metallic cylinder 1. A spiral trench is provided on the FRP periphery of rolling in part 4 and rolling out part 3 so as to be filled up with a rolling out wire 9. Next, a trench part is formed in a copper line in the rolling out wire 9 wherein a super conductive line is buried using a solder. The surface of the rolling out line 9 is not insulated but directly brought into contact with a refrigerent. Through these procedures, both performances of 'cooling' and 'fixation' of the super conductive line can be improved thereby enabling the title permanent current switch hardly quenched to be obtained.

摘要： PURPOSE:To enable preventing the generation of quench by winding a coil round a spool while causing a superconducting wire to deviate by every 1/2 pitch of a superconducting wire width in the winding direction repeatedly for every one layer and while inserting a spacer with specific compression modulus of elasticity alternately at the start and end of winding in the winding direction. CONSTITUTION:A coil is wound round a spool 1 while a superconducting wire 2 is caused to deviate by every 1/2 pitch of a superconducting wire width in the winding direction repeatedly for every one layer and while a spacer 7 with compression modulus of elasticity of 2000-40000kg/mm alternately at the start and end of winding in the winding direction is inserted. Then, the coil wound around the spool 1 is received in a vacuum pressurized impregnation tank 8 together with the spool and is vacuum-impregnated with an acid anhydride- hardened epoxy resin 4 through a filler hole 9, an inert gas (N2 gas) is enclosed in the impregnation tank 8, and the whole impregnation tank 8 is heated by the use of a steam heater 12 under an applied pressure of 2-500kg/cm to harden the impregnation resin 4.
