    • PURPOSE:To manufacture a screen for displaying fine patterns, by allowing powder of phosphor material to float by vibration in a chamber provided with a powder vibrating tray disposed on the bottom thereof, whereby the powder is continuously attached to a photoadsorptive coating and at the same time the powder is repeatedly tapped off by tapping means. CONSTITUTION:A certain amount of a phosphor material 14 is supplied to a phosphor material vibrating tray 7 in a chamber 6, and a panel 4 provided with a photoadsorptive coating applied to the interior surface thereof and subjected to an exposure process is set on a panel holder 3 with the coated surface facing down. A vibrating machine 9 is activated and the phosphor material vibrating tray 7 connected with the vibrating machine 9 is caused to make a vibration with vertical amplitude at the cycle of 3-4Hz, whereby the phosphor material 14 on the phosphor material vibrating tray 7 is caused to continuously vibrate and float to be attached onto the phosphor adsorptive coating on the interior surface of the panel 4. On the other hand, a tapping arm 13 coupled with an air cylinder 12 makes a circular-arc motion as shown by A-A' and thereby taps the panel 4 on the external surface at about one cycle per second. The air compressed and expanded in the chamber 6 by the vibration of the phosphor material vibrating tray 7 is discharged from a discharge opening 5 provided on the chamber 6, whereby a stable float of the vibrating phosphor is provided.

    • PURPOSE:To drastically save the amount of phosphor to be used and reduce loss thereof by applying powder phosphor only to the necessary area and improve productivity by making it unnecessary to use water and resultant drying process by employing development process with air. CONSTITUTION:The panel 4 sways in the resultant direction assigned by conposing both X and Y directions, and the phosphor in the panel 4 moves in the pattern indicated by the arrow mark and adheres to the adhesive area within the panel. Swaying angle in the X direction can be varied by changing the length of link 22 and rotating radius of the arm 23, while the swaying cycle is controlled by changing the rotating speed of motor 24. Swaying angle in the Y direction can be adjusted by the normal and reverse rotation timing of motor 20, while the swaying cycle is controlled by changing the rotating speed of motor 20. The panel 4 is positioned on the panel placing board of the air developing apparatus. The drive motor drives the flat pattern nozzle for reciprocating operation and the air development can be realized in such a manner that the phosphor at the area other than the specified color pattern area is removed by blowing of clean and dry air.

    • PURPOSE:To obtain an uniform phosphor film having a high filling density by floating up and fixing phosphor powdered material upon the photo-adhesive surface of the treating body, on which the photoadhesive film is formed, under combined usage of vibration floating and pneumatic floating. CONSTITUTION:A certain quantity of phosphor powdered material 12 of Specific Gravity 2-5 and of corpuscle diameter 5-20mum is supplied upon the vibration plate 11 within the chamber 3, and panel 1, inside surface of which is coated by photoadhesive film and being subjected to exposure treatment, is set, facing downward, upon the panel holder at the upper portion of this chamber 3. And, when the vibration plate 11 is agitated by the vibrator 13, phosphor powdered material 12 floats in column-like solid state as shown in the drawing. When air flow is simultaneously added within the chamber 3 from the first air room 6 through the porous part 5 to make the air flow to hit this vibrating and floating powdered material 12, the powdered material 12 is formed in a circulating flow in the direction as indicated by the arrow marks within the chamber 3, and fixes upon the photoadhesive film on the panel 1 internal surface.
