    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate annoyance to a customer during dealing with a passbook, by monitoring a change of a detection result of a printing density, transmitting the result to a bankbook control part if the printing density is not higher than a reference value, notifying an exchange of ink ribbons and stopping the dealing afterwards. SOLUTION: When a density after printing becomes not higher than a permissible range by some reason, a bankbook is returned to a customer, it is displayed and guided that dealing with the passbook is impossible, and the dealing is terminated. Since the reason for this is that ink of an ink ribbon is thinned, when the state is detected, a warning to exchange the ink ribbon is transmitted from a bankbook control part 35 to a main body control part 31 and sent to a remote monitor part 32 simultaneously when the dealing is terminated. Without the ink ribbon exchanged, dealing with a new bankbook is stopped and a person in charge at a bank is prevented from missing an exchange timing for the ink ribbon owing to the warning. Accordingly, an accident at the dealing with the bankbook resulting from a printing failure of dealing contents can be prevented.

CONSTITUTION:The shape of the separation guide 1 of a separation and delivery mechanism is produced with a certain width provided on both the sides of a gate roller 4, and both the sides of the gate roller are connected in a direction crossing bank notes 22 at right angles, and the gate roller 4 is covered so that the tip of the bank note may not come into contact with the gate roller 4 except near a separating point formed of a feed roller 2 and the gate roller 4.     • PURPOSE:To maintain character density uniformly at all times after printing by installing a density reading sensor reading the character density for the purpose of monitoring the character density after printing positioned close to a printing head of a printer. CONSTITUTION:A bank note money receiving window is opened by a bank note handling control section 36, and when the bank note is put into the money receiving window, the notes are counted by said section. When the amount processed by a bank note handling mechanism and the amount put into the window by customers are in conformity with and confirmed by the customers to confirm the counted amount, the transaction of money received is started to be printed in a bankbook by a bankbook control section 35 based on a command from a main body control section 31. The bankbook is carried to the position of printing head by a driving section 45 and a pulse motor 49 based on a command of a bankbook controller 39 and stopped thereon. The printing operation is carried out by transmitting a command of printing the transaction content in the bankbook to a printer 46 and a pulse motor 50 by a printer control 40. When the density is sensed as thin after printing by density reading sensors 26a and 26b, the same transaction content is prinated overlappingly.

A roller 48 having the same size as that of the metallic roller 12a and having an outer periphery formed of a high friction factor member is provided. Further, a gate roller 14 pressed against the outer peripheral surface of the metallic roller 12a through the proper force of a spring 53 to prohibit rotation in a sheet conveying direction and having an outer periphery formed of a high friction factor member is provided in a position where the gate roller is positioned facing the metallic roller 12a and forms a pressure contact separation resistance part. Further, a friction factor between the metallic roller 48 and a sheet is set to a value lower than a friction factor between the sheets, and a condition to separate sheets one by one without fail is kept.

    • PURPOSE:To act a pressing force of more than the setting value on a group of paper sheets all the time irrespective of increase or decrease in friction loss of a push plate supporting mechanism by eccentrically rotating a pickup roller which installed a high friction member in part of a cylindrical surface of a low friction member, and constituting the paper sheets so as to be delivered and separated. CONSTITUTION:With rotation of a pickup roller 100, eccentricity increases gradually, and thereby a push plate 140 is moved as far as a portion for the eccentricity in the anti-pressing force direction against the pressing force. Bills are delivered and separated by a high friction member 100a installed in a position where the eccentricity becomes maximized. Consequently, the pressing force working when the bills 200 are actually delivered and separated comes to such a value as made up of adding a friction loss to the setting pressing force. In this connection, the pickup roller is further rotated and the push plate in a phase range where the eccentricity is decreased is moved in the reverse direction by dint of the push plate force subtracted of the friction loss from the setting pressing force. Consequently, the push plate repeats its harmonic motion in making one rotation of the pickup roller as its cycle at ampilitude of two times over the eccentricity.

Thus, any variation in the output of the light receiving element due to each characteristic deterioration of these light emitting and receiving elements can be prevented.
