摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a waveform conversion device, and a power supply device equipped with the same, capable of reducing a burdon when in use or during transportation.SOLUTION: A sine wave adapter 1 which is a waveform conversion device includes an input part 15 in which an external voltage is inputted, a display part 12 which displays a setting state of the sine wave adapter 1, a setting part 13 for setting output frequency of the sine wave adapter 1, and a cooling fan 16 for cooling the sine wave adapter 1. The waveform of a voltage inputted from outside is converted into a sine wave by an inverter circuit 118 provided to the sine wave adapter 1. The voltage having been converted to a sine waveform by the inverter circuit 118 is outputted from an output cable 14 to the outside.
