    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To ensure an accurate measurement by providing a semiconductor pressure difference sensor with an overload protective function thereby eliminating an overload protective diaphragm and reducing the size and the weight. SOLUTION: The pressure difference transmitter comprises a pressure receiving member 20, a sensor assembly 2, seal diaphragms 6, 7, and pressure chambers 201, 202. An overload protective sensor built in the sensor assembly 2 is provided with an overload protective function by micromachining a diaphragm vertically to form a stopper. When a pressure is applied from a process fluid to the seal diaphragm 6, first pressure of a measuring fluid is transmitted through the seal diaphragm 6 to a liquid 15 encapsulated in a pressure receiving chamber 201 on the rear side of the seal diaphragm 6. That pressure is transmitted through the conduction path 63 of a center metal 5 to a semiconductor sensor 44. Similarly, a pressure is transmitted to a liquid 16 encapsulated in a pressure receiving chamber 202 when it is applied to the seal diaphragm 7, and it is transmitted through conduction paths 25, 60 and 62 to the rear side of the sensor.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a level transmitter which is excellent in maintenance, can save power and is good in economy by coupling a coupling member to cover a pressure leading tube to a pressure receiving part member and to a connection flange with a liquid contact diaphragm respectively by a bolt or the like. SOLUTION: A coupling member 388 is mechanically fixed to a process connection flange 383 or to between a liquid contact flange 384 and a pressure receiving part 120 respectively by a bolt 389. Since the coupling member 388 thus can be handled as a single part, it can be removed from the liquid contact flange 384 and the pressure receiving part 120. Guides 394 are provided at several positions along an outer periphery of the coupling member 388 included for protecting a pressure leading part 382 and rigidly fixing the connection flange 383 to the pressure receiving part 120, while guide groove diameter parts 393 having the same shape are also provided at several positions on an inner diameter part of the connection flange 383. In addition, a reinforcing member 3881 such as a rib for improving flexural rigidity in a specific direction is added to the coupling member 388 for improving its durability.

    • PURPOSE:To enable a differential pressure transmitter pressure reception part to be compact and light and at the same time to be manufactured easily and economically. CONSTITUTION:Low-stiffness seal diaphragms 12 and 13 at high-pressure and low-pressure sides which contact a process fluid are sealed and joined to one member of members constituting a pressure reception part in the same direction and in parallel with the pressure reception part members and further another center diaphragm 16 constituting an excessive pressure protection mechanism is sealed and joined to the pressure reception part member similarly as the seal diaphragms in the opposite direction for sealing the seal diaphragms. Also, at least one or less joint member is pressed against the sealing joint surface side of the center diaphragm 16, thus bonding a joint member 30 to the member at a part other than the joint part of the center diaphragm 16.

    • PURPOSE:To together use various transmitters and a regulator on one system, by adding the output signal of a corrected differential pressure sensor and that of a corrected stationary pressure sensor to the detection signal of a plant temp. detection part to operate all of the signals by a microprocessor. CONSTITUTION:An input selector 21 is operated by an input selection signal to sent a signal to a multiplexer 19. The multiplexer 19 inputs an output signal to an A/D converter 22 corresponding to aid signal. A microprocessor 23 compares all of the output signals of a differential pressure sensor 2, the output signal of a stationary pressure signal sensor 3 and the output signal of a temp. sensor 4 successively sent from the A/D converter 22 with the correction to correct the same, and the output signal of a temp. detection part 20 and the proportion, integration and differentiation parameter values set to a parameter memory 25 are added to the corrected differential pressure signal and the corrected stationary pressure signal to perform operation and necessary correction is performed to calculate an operation output signal.
