    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem, when power supply-side conductors, placed opposite to each other, with a second conductor in a third phase in-between, are connected with each other and the second conductor, is led out between the power supply-side conductors, the distance between the power supply-side conductors in interphases having to be increased or the power supply-side conductors must be bypassed, when the second conductor is led out for the prevention of problems associated with insulation distance.
      SOLUTION: At a crossing portion, where longitudinal bus conductors in three phases and second conductors cross, longitudinal bus conductors 10A and 10C in both-side phases are bent, so as to be widened outward to form bent portions 12A and 12C. The longitudinal bus conductor 10B in the intermediate phase is bent, to the same side as that of either 12A of the bent portions to form an intermediate bent portion 12B. A second conductor 7A in a first phase is led out between the intermediate bent portion 12B and the bent portion 12A bent to the same side as that of the intermediate bent portion, and second conductors 7B and 7C in second and third phases are led out between the bent portions 12B and 12C bent to the opposite sides to each other.

    • PURPOSE:To detect an internal discharge with high accuracy by attenuating the signals difference detected by signal detecting parts arranged outside and inside to attenuate by an attenuator in the specified amount, and detecting an electromagnetic wave of local discharge in the specified band, in which an outcoming noise is removed, through a subtracting device and a bandpass filter. CONSTITUTION:By attenuating the signal detected in the signal detecting part 5 arranged outside by the attenuator 6 in the specified amount so as to cancel the difference in signals detection of the signal detecting part 5 arranged outside of a chassis 1 and the signal detecting part 4 arranged inside of the chassis 1, the outcoming noise in the output of subtracting device 7 becomes approximately zero. So, the discharged electromagnetic wave in which the outcoming noise is removed, generated inside of an enclosed type switchboard 3 can be detected by the discharge signal detecting device 9 through the attenuator 7 and the bandpass filter 8 of specified band. By this procedure, the internal discharge in which the outcoming noise is removed, can be detected with high accuracy, and superior noise distinguishability is obtd.
