    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stably bore a lining of a buried pipe branch part at high speed from the inside of a buried pipe even if the buried pipe has a small bore in a buried pipe branch part boring device.
      SOLUTION: The buried pipe branch part boring device bores the lining of a piping branch part of the buried pipe from the inside of the buried pipe. The boring device is provided with a machining mechanism 10 for boring the lining of the piping branch part; a turning mechanism for rotating the machining mechanism 10 around a piping axis; and a moving mechanism for moving the machining mechanism 10 and the turning mechanism in an axial direction of piping. Universal joints 50 are provided among the machining mechanism 10, the turning mechanism and the moving mechanism. The machining mechanism 10 is provided with a rotary boring tool 200 projected in the radial direction of piping; a tool lifting mechanism 240 for moving the boring tool 200 in the radial direction of piping; and a tool driving motor 210. The boring tool 200 and the tool driving motor 210 are connected through a universal shaft 220 provided with universal joints 221 at both ends and having the degree of freedom of passively extending in the axial direction.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pipeline regenerating method capable of lining a fitting pipe 14 without temporarily fixing a water shut-off member 10, eliminating a leakage of water due to looseness in an attachment part and a press-bonding part caused by sharing the pipeline and a change with the lapse of time, and eliminating anxiety that a water shut-off member is fallen. SOLUTION: A cheese-type water shut-off member 10 is used for a construction for lining an existing pipe 16, and shuts off water in a main pipe 12 side end of a fitting pipe 14 divided from a main pipe 12 forming the existing pipe 16. A cylindrical sleeve 24 structuring the cheese-type water shut-off member 10 is inserted into the fitting pipe 14. A thermoplastic fixed part 22 structuring the cheese-type water shut-off member 10 has the outer surface having the nearly same curvature with a curvature of the inner surface of a main pipe lining 18. The fixed part 22 is formed so that a projection shape of the fixed part 22 projected from the axial direction of the main pipe 2 is formed into an arc longer than a half of the circumference. The fixed part 22 is also deformed so that a cross sectional shape of the cheese-type water shut-off member 10 becomes smaller than a cross sectional shape of the main pipe 12.
