    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To find a group whose rate of paid insurance money and a received insurance expense is unbalanced and to determine the rate of damage insurance which makes cheap the comparatively expensive insurance of the group by searching a group whose evaluation expression showing the separation between an insurance expense and insurance money is maximum as to contract data. SOLUTION: Parameters of a classifying process 302 for a contractor are inputted first. Then contract data 307 are read in to find mean values by combinations of categories of properties (vehicle kind, age, etc.), thereby generating contract data 305. Then insurance money data of the contract data 305 are converted to category values to generate a decision tree 306. The segments of the decision tree 306 are used to set insurance charge for the contract data 307. Then parameters of a search process 303 for searching the estrangement between the insurance money and a set insurance expense are inputted. Then the group having the maximum evaluated value is searched for by using the rate of the insurance money and set insurance expense as an evaluation expression and an additional rate is determined for the searched group.

A theoretical value calculation program 207 calculates the theoretical value data in the future of existing transaction data and stores those data in a theoretical value data file 223. A fund shifting information setting program 211 inputs and sets the shift information of funds with the interest fluctuation, and the information is stored in a fund shifting information file 225. According to the inputted and set data, a fund shifting future data calculation program 212 calculates future data just for fund shift and stores them in a fund shift future data file 226. A fund simulated result display program 213 sums up the further theoretical value of stepwise transaction data and the future data just for fund shift and stores them in a simulated result file 227.
