    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing an Nb 3 Al compound based superconducting wire capable of applying quick heating and quick cooling to longitudinal wire material with uniform condition, and to provide the Nb 3 Al compound based superconducting wire manufactured by the above manufacturing method, and a manufacturing device used for the above manufacturing method. SOLUTION: An Nb-Al super-saturable solid solution is generated by quickly cooling it by making a multi-wire material 12 pass through cooling liquid Ga27 after applying quick heating treatment to the multi-wire material 12 containing Nb (Nb alloy) and Al (Al alloy) by joule heat generation of the wire material. Afterwards, a compound phase of Nb 3 Al is deposited by heating it again.     • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for temporary fixing a vacuum weld zone and a temporary fixing structure, which suppress entering of water through a gap of a temporary fixed portion between a metal pipe and a metal plug at their butting portion, so that vacuuming time can be considerably shortened and quality can be improved.SOLUTION: A method for temporary fixing a vacuum weld zone includes: metal plugs 3 and 4 butting to both ends of a metal pipe 2 having a superconductive material 1 contained therein for formation of butting parts 5 and 6, vacuuming the inside of the metal pipe 2 in a vacuum chamber, as well as joining the butting parts 5 and 6 by high energy density welding to vacuum-seal both the ends of the metal pipe 2 by metal plugs 3 and 4 thereby forming a superconductive billet, in which the metal pipe 2 and the metal plugs 3 and 4 of the butting parts 5 and 6 are temporary fixed preceding to the high energy density welding. In this method, the metal pipe 2 and the metal plugs 3 and 4 are temporary fixed by winding a resin tape 7 having a water permeability of 10 g/(m/24 hr/0.1 mm) or less to the butting parts 5 and 6 in a bandage-like manner.
